The People Behind the Organization
Hi-Tech Charities Board of Directors meets quarterly for the purpose of providing input for the organization’s service delivery and to develop initiatives that promote awareness regarding the stigma associated with mental illness. The Board advises, plans, monitors and advocates on behalf of service consumers. Any consumers or family member is eligible for Board membership. The Board meets quarterly and is open to all consumers or family member. Attendees may address the Board regarding any issue involving the delivery of service or any issue effecting their health or wellbeing.
The Board officers include the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer who are elected annually. An Executive member of the staff serves as a representative/advisory member of the Board. A quarterly consumer report is presented at each meeting of the Board.
